 Is valet parking calculated by the day and larger vehicles cost more?

The price displayed on our site is always valid for the selected period you have specified. In case of delayed vehicle pickup, additional fees will be charged per day. For larger vehicles we offer separate parking space, these are priced slightly higher.

 

 How do I get from the parking lot to the airport and back?

Our chauffeurs take you to the airport and pick you up there. This service is already included in the parking fee.

 

 Where will I be picked up at the airport?

Upon your arrival at the pitch, you will receive detailed information on where you will be picked up after your trip at the airport.

 

 Since when does EZY GmbH exist?

Since 2011 we have been working in the chauffeur industry and in May 2018 we have specialized even more on the topic of mobility and to that the EZY GmbH founded since 2019 we are also in the valet service to round off the concept.

 

 How many locations are there?

Currently we have several fixed locations in Bavaria, a nationwide expansion is already planned.

 

 How many persons are free in the transfer?

Two people are included per transfer route. For other guests a small surcharge applies.

 

 What do I do if I have special / bulky luggage with me?

We need timely information about this - we will gladly reserve enough space for your luggage in our shuttle vehicle.

 

 How much luggage can I bring?

For each passenger we expect a suitcase (standard baggage) and a hand luggage, in case you have more luggage, please let us know in time - we will gladly reserve enough space for your luggage in our shuttle vehicle

 

 Do you have an app?

We do not have our own app, but our booking system is also suitable for mobile devices, this can be accessed through our website www.089parking.de

 

 Is my vehicle insured during the parking period?

Your vehicle is insured under your motor insurance. EZY GmbH is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence.

 

 What is valet parking?

At valet parking we take your vehicle directly at the terminal of the airport and bring it to us in the parking lot. Upon your return, we will bring the vehicle back to you at the airport.

 

 Do you offer additional services?

During the parking period, you are welcome to book additional services, such as the vehicle cleaning inside and outside.

 How do I become a corporate customer?

 Do I take my car key or do I leave it in the parking lot?

If you have booked additional services such as vehicle preparation or valet parking, we need your car key. If you have not booked any additional services, you are welcome to take your car key with you.

We keep your key, if it stays with us, always in the locked vault.

 

 Who drives my vehicle at Valet Parking?

If you have booked valet parking, we have to transfer your vehicle to and from the parking lot. Here we only use safe and experienced drivers with a valid driving license. Our drivers are regularly trained to minimize all risks.

 How can I pay?

As a rule, you pay for parking at the time of booking via our online portal. By arrangement, you can also pay localy in cash or by debit or credit card. Also the payment by PayPal or bank transfer is possible.

 

 How do I get my bill?

The invoice will be sent by email.

 How can I change an existing reservation?

Existing reservations can be changed by contacting us by phone or email. If you have booked a parking space online and have created a customer number, you can also change your parking process online when you log in.

 

 How can I reserve a parking space?

You can easily make reservations online using our booking form or you can contact us by phone or email.

 

 How can I cancel an existing booking and apply cancellation fees?

Bookings can be canceled by email, by phone or in the case of an online booking via our booking system. Up to a certain time there are no cancellation fees. The exact periods for cancellations and the fees for these can be found in our terms and conditions.

 

 Do you also provide child seats for transfer?

We are happy to provide you with free corresponding child seats during the transfer. However, we ask you to book the child seats for the transfer on time.

 

 Are the costs already included in the online booking?

The online prices usually include all costs. VAT is also included. Only if you book special services or come back late from your trip, additional costs.

 

 How soon can I book?

Online reservations are only possible with advance booking, in urgent cases just contact us by phone and we will of course do our best to provide you with a parking space.

 

 What do I do if I'm late?

If you are late, please contact us immediately by phone so that we can discuss the further procedure with you.

 

 How do I recognize the driver of EZY GmbH?

Our driver can be found by looking at the pick-up sign with our logo.

 

 When do you confirm my booking?

We always confirm bookings within 24 hours.

 

 I lost something in the shuttle vehicle - how can I get it back?

Our drivers are required to check the vehicle regularly. However, we assume no liability for lost or damaged personal belongings left in vehicles. If you have forgotten something, please contact our office at +49 89 5500/5800 and we will check if your item has already been delivered to our office.

 How long do I have to wait for the driver?

Please call the number provided as soon as you are at the meeting point. The driver will then pick you up within 15 minutes.

 

 I can not find the driver, what now?

Please call the number that was given to you at the beginning of your stay on our parking space. Our staff will help you immediately.

 

 Where can I find the driver?

We have different stops at Munich Airport, please refer to the map, which was given to you at the beginning of your stay on our parking space, there you will find the respective stops. Please go to the nearest stop of your arrival area.
